Update from Terry on the vets road race - 01-10-2008
The wkrc vets road race was won by a wheel by Lawrie Toombs in a sprint over Terry Sowa, these were the only two west kenters to compete and in a field of 45+ lawrie managed 6th and terry 7th...if they had not been watching each other like hawks who knows what would have happened!.....maybe a west kent win . Also at the weekend Pete Thomas and Claire Hitchings rode a chilly 25 near Horsham. Anthony took part in the Surrey Legs of Steel sportive on the Saturday.more news articles...
