been looking at the cycling weekly health & fitness for cyclists and found this for people that might be interested, i've ordered an application form for me as i'm interested, there are very limited spaces tho, may have to ring to see if theres any spaces left
i spoke to david le Grys about the bikes, you will need to hire the track bikes (price is not expensive) and will need to bring spare pedals, also you will need to bring ur road bike too as they will be doing a little ride on sunday,
March 2010 Calshot beginners-intermediates weekend
DDavid Le Grys and Lee Povey of www.fasttrackcoaching.biz are excited to announce details of our long anticipated beginners/intermediate weekend at Calshot Velodrome 27th and 28th of March 2010.
This weekend will cover everything from basic track riding skills right up to practice races and madisons. There will be constant encouragement, feedback and advice from our expert coaches. Above all we want you to have fun while learning new skills and taking your riding to another level. It will suit everyone from track novices to those already doing local track leagues who are looking to improve their skills and tactical knowledge.
We have 4 hours track time each day plus a group road ride on Sunday morning giving you great value for money.
Cost is £150 for the weekend which includes the track time, coaching, accommodation Friday and Saturday nights and all meals Saturday and Sunday. We are also offering individual bike fit sessions at £25 each over the weekend, where we will set your bike up in the best position for you to maximise your potential.
