Surrey and Sussex bike ride - 28-04-2009

My Name is Tracey North and I work for Marie Curie Cancer Care. I am charged with promoting the event mentioned below and wondered if this may be of any interest to you.
Surrey and Sussex Bike Ride – Sunday May 31st 2009
This circular ride begins at 10am from the Crown Pub in Capel, Surrey and meanders through the beautiful Surrey and Sussex countryside. For those of you who like a challenge the longer ride is 47.5 miles whilst we are maintaining the 16.5 mile ride for the more relaxed day out. Everyone will of course be encouraged to take the rides at their own pace. Both rides will finish back at the Crown Pub in Capel, for a chance to exchange stories over a well earned drink.
If someone wishes to play their part in this fun and exciting ride this summer, please contact us and we will send you an application form. There is a registration fee of £10 per adult and £5 per child (under 18) and we are encouraging people to register before the day to avoid disappointment, as spaces are limited. Registration on the day is not guaranteed if the ride is full. If there are spaces, then riders will be allowed to enter for a higher fee of £30.
This year it would be brilliant to raise even more than the 2008 ride, so we are asking participants to raise £150 or more! The money raised will help us continue to provide high quality nursing care to terminally ill patients in their own home.
This is your chance to enjoy a fantastic day out for all the family whilst raising money for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
