Special canvas to be unveiled next Tuesday - 25-02-2010
The club was recently approached by CanvasRus who are able to print photos on to canvas frames. Their offer was simple - send us a photo of a club event, pick the canvas size that you would like to see and we will print you a sample canvas free of charge.
Said canvas has arrived and will be unveiled at the next club night on Tuesday. I picked a moment that I feel is memorable and hopefully club members will agree and enjoy taking a look at the canvas. I certainly like the photo and on canvas it looks good. Could it be that I have picked the infamous Terry and his twelve hour backside picture or have I been more sensible and picked a cycling shot? Guess you will need to be there on Tuesday to find out.
Claire has said that the canvas is best suited to a dedicated cycling shrine and is keeping the walls of our house clear for baby photos. That may mean I hang it with my other cycling prints in the garage but to be truthful this deserves better. One lucky person may even be able to walk away from the club night next week with a fantastic piece of club memorabilia.
