British Cycling South East Region Annual General Meeting 2008 Eddie Land & Kevin Barnett will be attending on behalf of WKRC. 2. Christmas Dinner This will take place on Sunday 16 November at Poplar Suite, Woodlands, Hilda May Avenue, Swanlea. The cost will be £20 (including a free raffle ticket). It was agreed that the any expenses (e.g., postage) will be covered by normal club expenses. The capacity for people is 114. A deposit of £250 will be paid by Jim Miller. 3. Road Race – Sunday 7 September Kevin Barnett will need to get 4. Hewitt Cup This 25-mile event will take place on 21 September at 07:30 at 5. Road Race Championship Action: Kevin Barnett to contact Terry Sowa. 6. Club Hill Climb It was agreed to change this from a Saturday to a Sunday to encourage more riders and supporters. It was agreed to hold this on Wrotham Hill with an 11:00 start on Sunday 19 October. Riders and supporters could then adjourn to Speedgate.
