Len Smith is out of hospital - 27-11-2008

Len Smith came home on Tuesday after his heart operation. He is making steady progress ( Rumourmill is reading that to mean he will not be on the club ride this Sunday).

Ken Atkinson is also feeling better. All in all good news.

Those planning to come to Hogs Hill this weekend will be pleased to know that Eddie has given me a training programme that looks sufficiently difficult for the rest of us to start feeling ill :-) I am sure we will love it!

WKRC won the attendance prize at the Oasis yet again this Wednesday. Guess we have a few too many slackers who prefer tean and coffe to riding their bikes.
