Ladies 25 mile time trial record looks to have fallen - 13-06-2010
Claire Hitchings recorded a time of 59.57 on the P885/25 course near Haslemere today. It is believed that this time is a club record breaking the one initially set by Mrs S Ball way back in 1958. Mrs Balls time was 1.03.17 having gained the record two years earlier with a time of 1.03.31.Anthony also posted hist first sub hour time for a 25 with a time of 58.36. He is just glad that Claire made it under the hour rather than missing out by a few seconds as the car drive back would have been unbearable!
