No prizes for guessing which of our super keen members upset his wife recently by slouching on the sofa and watching the men's road race at the worlds from start to finish. That is quite a lot of missed hoovering time....
Rumourmill is going to suggest to the super keen member that he shaves his legs for charity at the start of next year as apparently the leg shave is next on the agenda.
Fresh from Terry's sterling performance at the 12 hour event, plans are afoot to put together a team entry for next year. All those interested should have a word with Terry.
Congratulations to Claire Hitchings who was fastest lady in the Sevenoaks triathlon club hill climb. On a freezing cold morning, they managed to attract 31 club members to their event which climbed Ide Hill from the South side. Quickest time was a shade over 6 minutes from what was the pub at the bottom to the Goathurst common sign.
