Claire Hitchings wins Sevenoaks triathlon - 20-04-2009
Claire's good form continued this weekend and on Sunday Claire won the Sevenoaks triathlon ladies event in a time of 1 hour 35 mins. Her swim time was a shade over 7 minutes, the bike leg was 46 mins (at a speed of 30.6 kph) and the run leg was 38 mins 54 at an average speed of 12.34km/h. This is an overall improvement of some eight minutes from her time three years ago and pre-pregnancy.
Claire took Jamie on to the podium to claim the trophy - and the first thing he did was put the trophy in his mouth :-)
